- Now switch off flame, add butter + vanilla essence and give a good mix.
- Now take the setting dish, dip the toasted bread slice in milk for 30 - 40 seconds and then arrange / place the soaked bread slices.
- Now pour a thick layer of custard mixture over bread slices.
- Now again layer with soaked bread slices on the custard layer.
- Again pour the custard mix and layer it evenly all over.
- Let it cool down to room temperature, then refrigerate for 6-7 hours or best is to keep overnight.
- Garnish with almonds or any dry fruits and its ready to serve.
- Cut into pieces very gently and serve.
