  9. Once your are done making the pattern then beat an egg in a bowl whisk it and apply generously on the bread. This gives a beautiful colour and shiny look to the bread. Then sprinkle the Nigella seeds and the sesame seeds on it all over.
  10. Then bake it in a preheated oven at 190°c for 35-40 minutes. Every oven works differently your oven may take 5 more or less minutes. Please check on your oven. Once it get completely baked take it out from the oven and cover it with a cling wrap or kitchen towel for 10 minutes by this it will get more soft and moist. Then transfer it to a cooling rack and allow it to cool down completely.
